Chose this company after reading good reviews but our experience was one for the history books. Wrong diagnostic, trial... and error and after seven days of back and forth we were left once again in the heat - with a brand new unit that was non operational.That was after a tech was in our home for ten hours. How could things go downhill from the get go is something we will always ponder. We ended exhausted, frustrated, angry and spent.Think twice before making your decision. We even had ashes settled in our bedroom, blinds and furniture from multiple failed soldering attempts that lasted so long that our hallway had ashes floating in the air. This added insult to injury. Our AC went out on a Sunday evening around 8:00 pm. I called Local AC expecting to leave a message and the owner picked... up the line. Unfortunately, my experience with this company is about as poor as it gets. I was having an issue with there being no... AC coming out of the vent in my bathroom and my bedroom not cooling properly. These people sent out their tech who told me there was an issue with ALL the vents in my house and they would seal them all and that would fix the issue. I agreed to the quoted price of $225 plus the $75 appointment fee only to find out that they only sealed 1 vent (in my bedroom) and that wasn't at all the problem for the bathroom but instead I needed a whole new duct. They wanted to charge me another $545 to replace that. When I tried to resolve the situation stating that they lied about the scope of work that was needed, I was told that they do not quote a price per vent, but instead they do it by job and they "fixed the problem". When I disagreed, their GM told me that I had no reason to be unhappy and that I was just trying to avoid paying them, and that I was mad because their tech couldn't speak English well. When I tried to talk to someone else from the company, instead of letting me speak with someone, they had the same guy call me again. This company might have low prices but they clearly like to inflate the scope of work to get more money out of you. Go with someone more reputable who doesn't tell their customers that they're bad customers who are just trying to get out of paying.read more

We had a great experience. We had a non emergency on a Sunday night. They had someone out at 8am the next morning. He... left by 8:39 with a fixed unit. Of course, the speed was lucky due to what needed fixing, but the service man was very professional and quick and didn't complain about my very friendly dog. They sent the invoice via email and payment was online and very easy. I would use this company again.read more

I had booked them with website and got contact by the company right away. Even though I were scheduled to have someone... come over couple days after, they send Adam Samuel (technician) within couple hours. Adam not even diagnosed the issue, he fixed it right away and I had my ac running in no time. Totally recommend their services. He also mentioned that if for any reason within 30 days I see the issue again, they will come fix it with no additional charge.read more
