By using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We provide a range of home improvement services, including but not limited to:
- HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Plumbing services
- Insulation services
- Energy efficiency projects
- General home improvement work
The scope of work is determined by the signed estimate, contract, or service agreement.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the job.
- Any customer-requested modifications after work has begun may result in additional charges.
3. Payments & Billing
- A 50% deposit is required before scheduling for jobs that are not financed.
- For credit card payments, the card will be charged automatically for the agreed amounts, including the remaining balance after project completion.
- For financed projects, the customer agrees to complete all required completion steps within 48 hours of job completion, including but not limited to:
- Signing all completion documents
- Completing any required completion calls
- Submitting any necessary verification forms
- Third-party financing institutions are solely responsible for collecting payments, and their payment terms are separate from our local accounts receivable practices.
4. Non-Payment & Late Fees
- If a customer fails to pay or does not complete all required completion steps within the required 48-hour period:
- An interest rate of 18% per annum will apply.
- A late fee of up to 5% of the payment amount may be imposed if the payment is at least 10 days overdue.
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to recover legal fees from the customer.
5. Warranty
- Labor warranty and parts warranty durations are specified in the quote.
- Warranty is void if the system is serviced by another provider without our authorization.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- All installed products and services are non-refundable.
- Customers are entitled to a 3-day legal rescission right from the contract date.
- If a customer cancels after the 3-day rescission period, an 11% restocking fee will apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the agreed service.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings in the State of Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
